ALL PURCHASES


Cancelation and order changes Policy: 
We are not able to cancel or change orders already in process at the farm, ready for pick-up or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please contact us directly at 403-852-9611 at least 24-hours before the original delivery or pick-up date. If the cancellation is requested after the order has been delivered or is ready for pick-up, no refund will be issued.

 

Wedding or event cancelation and order changes Policy:

Wedding floral order's must be placed a minimum of 8 weeks before your wedding date. We will do our best to accommodate additions or changes, however we cannot guarantee additional availability once an order is submitted. We are unable to provide refunds for any changes requested within 30 days of scheduled pick-up or delivery date.

Substitution Policy: 
When placing an order, please be aware that all flowers and foliage are subject to seasonal availability and cannot be guaranteed however, we do guarantee that your order will always retain the equivalent quality of flowers and style to match your budget. 
 
Satisfaction Guarantees:  
All seasonal and dried flowers are 100% Comox Valley sustainably grown or sourced, free of pesticides. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact Moon Petal Farm at 403-852-9611 within 24 hours from delivery or pick-up to discuss replacement and/or a solution.

Special Instructions: 
Please add comments to the "special instructions" section while placing your order. For example, "please deliver to the back door.”

Recipient refusal:
Moon Petal Farm is not responsible for any order that is refused by the recipient. We will not refund any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the order. The purchaser is responsible for reviewing all of the information provided on this website relating to refunds and/or replacements.

Card messages: 
The purchaser is responsible for including a personalized message in the “Personal Message” field. We will also not include a sender's name if it is left off the Personal Message, as we will assume you are sending an anonymous gift. The personal message must be appropriate - any inappropriate and offensive content will be excluded from the card message. We do not include any billing information with your order.

Delivery charges: 

Merville + Black Creek + Oyster River | $15.00
Comox + Courtenay + Campbell River | $25.00
Royston + Cumberland | $35.00


Delivery times: 
We offer delivery Thursdays and Fridays  between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. , except Holidays - refer to “ordering during holidays.” All orders must be placed a minimum of 48hrs before requested delivery or pick-up unless requested otherwise. Deliveries will be made between 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. If the delivery is looking to be outside of this time frame the sender or recipient will be notified of the change of time. Special orders for delivery outside of the days Thursday and Friday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. may be considered. Please contact Moon Petal Farm at least 7 days in advance to discuss your options.

P.O. Boxes: 
We are unable to hand deliver to a P.O. Box. However, dried flowers are available for shipping.

Ordering during Holidays:
Our delivery hours may vary for major holidays. To secure an order during the busy holiday season, please place your order at least 2 weeks prior to the holidays listed below. We are not able to guarantee an exact time of delivery. Please order well enough in advance to secure your place. In some instances, we may accept last minute orders if there is enough product however, pre-existing orders will get priority.

Misplaced deliveries: 
If any customer claims an order was not delivered, we require at least 24 hours notice to investigate the matter. Moon Petal Farm reserves the right to attempt a redelivery if there is an issue with the delivery address and the purchaser is uncontactable at the time of delivery. Additional delivery charges may be applied to the purchaser. 

If no one is home:
Moon Petal Farm will make every effort to deliver the order by the scheduled date/time and to the delivery address provided. If there is no recipient at the address, we will leave the item in a safe location, unless otherwise stated in special instructions, at the time of the order. Please note that we are working with perishable products and sometimes the weather works against us hence in some situations (i.e. leaving items on a porch) may be out of our control. 
If delivery has been attempted however, the recipient's address is incorrect, there is a $10 address correction fee charged to the purchaser. Moon Petal Farm is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.


We are able to deliver to apartments, please provide a buzzer number. If the building does not have a concierge or the recipient will not be home, please be prepared to provide a different address (i.e. the recipient's work address).  If the delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to our farm, and we will call the recipient to make pick up arrangements or an additional redelivery fee of $10.00 will be applied to the purchaser.
